we always recommend coming in for a complimentary first yoga session so we can better determine your specific needs and goals. every body is different so you should spend a session or a few getting an experienced best method yoga instructor to work with you individually. just like all exercise, it can be dangerous and you should always start slowly with a professional to teach you proper form and technique. often times if you start in a new class, you may miss out on this individualized care.

Carly's purpose is to help others move away from pain, and find strength, stability and balance through safe and mindful movement. To make Yoga accessible, healing, and joyful for every body. You can also join Carly every Wednesday morning for Yoga at Best Day Fitness. This class focuses on breath work, posterior chain "strengthability" and balance! And is accessible for all bodies. Currently two class times 7-8AM, and 9-10AM on mondays and wednesdays.
