Let's talk about feet!
Feet are one of the most complex and neglected areas of the body. Of our total 206 bones, 52 are in the feet. Also, each foot has 33 joints, 107 ligaments, and 19 muscles and tendons.
The feet are our natural shock absorbers. Their ability to support the body directly correlates with the health of our knees, back, and neck. If the feet aren't supporting the body than other "stops" along the "fascial train" have to, which can lead to chronic calf, hamstring, and neck tension.
