The BEST Method addresses our deviation from natural movement patterns. Natural movements patterns are those movements we would do on a daily basis if we were living in a hunter/gatherer culture like our ancestors. Today's movement patterns(or lack thereof) are far from natural. We are constantly sitting and living in a world of comfort(which turns muscles off). Teaching clients to get back to these natural movements is a fundamental of The BEST Method.
